spending many hours looking on the net for an interactive quiz format, and
subscribing to websites and downloading freeware versions which didn't work
(and so getting my e-mail address added to junk mail lists all over the world)
I've written a non-interactive quiz. (However I later came across the excellent
free Kelly's Multiple-Choice HTML Quiz Generator - http://www.aitech.ac.jp/~iteslj/quizzes/, but by
that time I'd already used this format). There are twelve questions; after this
