PENNOD 1
1:1 Datguddiad Iesu Grist, yr hwn a roddes Duw iddo ef, i ddangos i’w wasanaethwyr y pethau sydd raid eu dyfod i ben ar fyrder, a chan ddanfon trwy ei angel, efe a’i hysbysodd i’w wasanaethwr Ioan:
1:1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to show unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John:

1:2 Yr hwn a dystiolaethodd air Duw, a thystiolaeth Iesu Grist, a’r holl bethau a welodd.
1:2 Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw.

1:3 Dedwydd yw’r hwn sydd yn darllen, a’r rhai sydd yn gwrando geiriau’r broffwydoliaeth hon, ac yn cadw y pethau sydd yn ysgrifenedig ynddi: canys y mae’r amser yn agos.
1:3 Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.

1:4 Ioan at y saith eglwys sydd yn Asia: Gras fyddo i chwi, a thangnefedd, oddi wrth yr hwn sydd, a’r hwn a fu, a’r hwn sydd ar ddyfod; ac oddi wrth y saith Ysbryd sydd gerbron ei orseddfainc ef;
1:4 John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne;

1:5 Ac oddi wrth Iesu Grist, yr hwn yw y Tyst ffyddlon, y Cyntaf-anedig o’r meirw, a Thywysog brenhinoedd y ddaear. Iddo ef yr hwn a’n carodd ni, ac a’n golchodd ni oddi wrth ein pechodau yn ei waed ei hun,
1:5 And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,

1:6 Ac a’n gwnaeth ni yn frenhinoedd ac yn offeiriaid i Dduw a’i Dad ef; iddo ef y byddo’r gogoniant a’r gallu yn oes oesoedd. Amen.
1:6 And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

1:7 Wele, y mae efe yn dyfod gyda’r cymylau; a phob llygad a’i gwel ef, ie, y rhai a’i gwanasant ef: a holl lwythau’r ddaear a alarant o’i blegid ef. Felly, Amen.
1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

1:8 Mi yw Alffa ac Omega, y dechrau a’r diwedd, medd yr Arglwydd, yr hwn sydd, a’r hwn oedd, a’r hwn sydd i ddyfod, yr Hollalluog.
1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

1:9 Myfi Ioan, yr hwn wyf hefyd eich brawd, a’ch cydymaith mewn cystudd, ac yn nheyrnas ac amynedd Iesu Grist, oeddwn yn yr ynys a elwir Patmos, am air Duw, ac am dystiolaeth Iesu Grist.
1:9 I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.

1:10 Yr oeddwn i yn yr ysbryd ar ddydd yr Arglwydd; ac a glywais o’r tu ôl i mi lef fawr fel llais utgorn,
1:10 I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,

1:11 Yn dywedyd. Mi yw Alffa ac Omega, y cyntaf a’r diwethaf: a’r hyn yr wyt yn ei weled, ysgrifenna mewn llyfr, a danfon i’r saith eglwys y rhai sydd yn Asia; i Effesus, ac i Smyrna, ac i Pergamus, ac i Thyatira, ac i Sardis, a Philadelffia, a Laodicea.
1:11 Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.

1:12 Ac mi a droais i weled y llef a lefarai wrthyf. Ac wedi i mi droi, mi a welais saith ganhwyllbren aur;
1:12
And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks;

1:13 Ac yng nghanol y saith ganhwyllbren, un tebyg i Fab y dyn, wedi ymwisgoa gwisg laes hyd ei draed, ac wedi ymwregysu ynghylch ei fronnau a gwregys aur.
1:13 And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.

1:14 Ei ben ef a’i wallt oedd wynion fel gwlân, cyn wynned â’r eira; a’i lygaid fel fflam dân;
1:14
His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire;

1:15 A’i draed yn debyg i bres coeth, megis yn llosgi mewn ffwrn; a’i lais fel sŵn llawer o ddyfroedd.
1:15 And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.

1:16 Ac yr oedd ganddo yn ei law ddeau saith seren: ac o’i enau yr oedd cleddau llym daufiniog yn dyfod allan: a’i wynepryd fel yr haul yn disgleirio yn ei nerth.
1:16 And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.

1:17 A phan welais ef, mi a syrthiais wrth ei draed ef fel marw. Ac efe a osododd ei law ddeau arnaf fi, gan ddywedyd wrthyf, Nac ofna; myfi yw’r cyntaf a’r diwethaf:
1:17
And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:

1:18 A’r hwn wyf fyw, ac a fûm farw; ac wele, byw ydwyf yn oes oesoedd. Amen, ac y mae gennyf agoriadau uffern a marwolaeth.
1:18 I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

1:19 Ysgrifenna’r pethau a welaist, a’r pethau sydd, a’r pethau a fydd ar ôl hyn;
1:19
Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter;

1:20 Dirgelwch y saith seren a welaist yn fy llaw ddeau, a’r saith ganhwyllbren aur. Y saith seren, angylion y saith eglwys ydynt: a’r saith ganhwyllbren a welaist, y saith eglwys ydynt.
1:20 The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches.

PENNOD 2

2:1 At angel yr eglwys sydd yn Effesus, ysgrifenna; Y pethau hyn y mae’r hwn sydd yn dal y saith seren yn ei law ddeau, yr hwn sydd yn rhodio yng nghanol y saith ganhwyllbren aur, yn eu dywedyd;

2:1 Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks;

2:2 Mi a adwaen dy weithredoedd di, a’th lafur, a’th amynedd, ac na elli oddef y rhai drwg: a phrofi ohonot y rhai sydd yn dywedyd eu bod yn apostolion, ac nid ydynt; a chael ohonot hwynt yn gelwyddog:
2:2 I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:

2:3 A thi a oddefaist, ac y mac amynedd gennyt, ac a gymeraist boen er mwyn fy enw i, ac ni ddiffygiaist.
2:3 And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.

2:4 Eithr y mae gennyf beth yn dy erbyn, am i ti ymadael â’th gariad cyntaf.
2:4 Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.

2:5 Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.

2:6 Ond hyn sydd gennyt ti, dy fod di yn casáu gweithredoedd y Nicolaiaid, y rhai yr wyf fi hefyd yn eu casau.
2:6 But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitanes, which I also hate.

2:7 Yr hwn sydd ganddo glust, gwrandawed pa beth y mae’r Ysbryd yn ei ddywedyd wrth yr eglwysi; I’r hwn sydd yn gorchfygu, y rhoddaf iddo fwyta o bren y bywyd, yr hwn sydd yng nghanol paradwys Duw.
2:7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

2:8 Ac at angel yr eglwys sydd yn Smyrna, ysgrifenna; Y pethau hyn y mae’r cyntaf a’r diwethaf, yr hwn a fu farw, ac sydd fyw, yn eu dywedyd;
2:8 And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive;

2:9 Mi a adwaen dy weithredoedd di, a’th gystudd, a’th diodi, (eithr cyfoethog wyt,) ac mi a adwaen gabledd y rhai sydd yn dywedyd eu bod yn Iddewon, ac nid ydynt ond synagog Satan.
2:9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.

2:10 Nac ofna ddim o’r pethau yr ydwyt i’w dioddef. Wele, y cythraul a fwrw rai ohonoch chwi i garchar, fel y’ch profer; a chwi a gewch gystudd ddeng niwrnod. Bydd ffyddlon hyd angau, ac mi a roddaf i ti goron y bywyd.
2:10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

2:11 Yr hwn sydd ganddo glust, gwrandawed beth y mae’r Ysbryd yn ei ddywedyd wrth yr eglwysi; Yr hwn sydd yn gorchfygu, ni chaiff ddim niwed gan yr ail farwolaeth.
2:11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.

2:12 Ac at angel yr eglwys sydd yn Pergamus, ysgrifenna; Y pethau hyn y mae’r hwn sydd ganddo’r cleddyf llym daufiniog, yn eu dywedyd;
2:12
And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write; These things saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges;

2:13 Mi a adwaen dy weithredoedd di, a pha le yr wyt yn trigo; sef lle mae gorseddfainc Satan: ac yr wyt yn dal fy enw i, ac ni wedaist fy ffydd i, ie, yn y dyddiau y bu Antipas yn ferthyr ffyddlon i mi, yr hwn a laddwyd yn eich plith chwi, lle y mae Satan yn trigo.
2:13 I know thy works and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth.

2:14 Eithr y mae gennyf ychydig bethau yn dy erbyn di, oblegid bod gennyt yno rai yn dal athrawiaeth Balaam, yr hwn a ddysgodd i Balac fwrw rhwystr gerbron meibion Israel, i fwyta pethau wedi eu haberthu i eilunod, ac i odinebu.
2:14 But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.

2:15 Felly y mae gennyt tithau hefyd rai yn dal athrawiaeth y Nicolaiaid, yr hyn beth yr wyf fi yn ei gasáu.
2:15 So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitanes, which thing I hate.

2:16 Edifarha; ac os amgen, yr wyf fi yn dyfod atat ar frys, ac a ryfelaf yn eu herbyn hwynt a chleddyf fy ngenau.
2:16 Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.

2:17 Yr hwn sydd ganddo glust, gwrandawed beth y mae’r Ysbryd yn ei ddywedyd wrth yr eglwysi; I’r hwn sydd yn gorchfygu, y rhoddaf iddo fwyta o’r manna cuddiedig, ac a roddaf iddo garreg wen, ac ar y garreg enw newydd wedi ei ysgrifennu, yr hwn nid edwyn neb, ond yr hwn sydd yn ei dderbyn.
2:17 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.

2:18 Ac at angel yr eglwys sydd yn Thyatira, ysgrifenna; Y pethau hyn y mae Mab Duw yn eu dywedyd, yr hwn sydd â’i lygaid fel fflam dân, a’i draed yn debyg i bres coeth;
2:18 And unto the angel of the church in Thyatira write; These things saith the Son of God, who hath his eyes like unto a flame of fire, and his feet are like fine brass;

2:19 Mi a adwaen dy weithredoedd di, a’th gariad, a’th wasanaeth, a’th ffydd, a’th amynedd di, a’th weithredoedd; a bod y rhai diwethaf yn fwy na’r rhai cyntaf.
2:19 I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first.

2:20 Eithr y mae gennyf ychydig bethau yn dy erbyn, oblegid dy fod yn gadael i’r wraig honno Jesebel, yr hon sydd yn ei galw ei hun yn broffwydes, ddysgu a thwyllo fy ngwasanaethwyr i odinebu, ac i fwyta pethau wedi eu haberthu i eilunod.
2:20 Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.

2:21 Ac mi a roddais iddi amser i edifarhau am ei godineb; ac nid edifarhaodd hi.
2:21 And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.

2:22 Wele, yr wyf fi yn ei bwrw hi ar wely, a’r rhai sydd yn godinebu gyda hi, i gystudd mawr, onid edifarhânt am eu gweithredoedd.
2:22 Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.

2:23 A’i phlant hi a laddaf a marwolaeth: a’r holl eglwysi a gânt wybod mai myfi yw’r hwn sydd yn chwilio’r arennau a’r calonnau: ac mi a roddaf i bob un ohonoch yn ôl eich gweithredoedd.
2:23 And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.

2:24 Eithr wrthych chwi yr wyf yn dywedyd, ac wrth y lleill yn Thyatira, y sawl nid oes ganddynt y ddysgeidiaeth hon, a’r rhai nid adnabuant ddyfnderau Satan, fel y dywedant; Ni fwriaf arnoch faich arall.
2:24 But unto you I say, and unto the rest in Thyatira, as many as have not this doctrine, and which have not known the depths of Satan, as they speak; I will put upon you none other burden.

2:25 Eithr yr hyn sydd gennych, dewch hyd oni ddelwyf.
2:25 But that which ye have already hold fast till I come.

2:26 A’r hwn sydd yn gorchfygu, ac yn cadw fy ngweithredoedd hyd y diwedd, mi a roddaf iddo awdurdod ar y cenhedloedd:
2:26
And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:

2:27 Ac efe a’u bugeilia hwy â gwialen haearn; fel llestri pridd y dryllir hwynt: fel y derbyniais innau gan fy nhad.
2:27 And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.

2:28 Ac mi a roddaf iddo’r seren fore.
2:28 And I will give him the morning star.

2:29 Yr hwn sydd ganddo glust, gwrandawed beth y mae’r Ysbryd yn ei ddywedyd wrth yr eglwysi.
2:29 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

PENNOD 3

3:1 Ac at angel yr eglwys sydd yn Sardis, ysgrifenna; Y pethau hyn y mae’r hwn sydd â saith Ysbryd Duw â’r saith seren ganddo, yn eu dywedyd; Mi a adwaen dy weithredoedd di, oblegid y mae gennyt enw dy fod yn fyw, a marw ydwyt.

3:1 And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead.

3:2 Bydd wyliadwrus, a sicrha’r pethau sydd yn ôl, y rhai sydd barod i farw: canys ni chefais dy weithredoedd yn gyflawn gerbron Duw.
3:2 Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God.

3:3 Cofia gan hynny pa fodd y derbyniaist ac y clywaist, a chadw, ac edifarha. Os tydi gan hynny ni wyli, mi a ddeuaf arnat ti fel lleidr, ac ni chei di wybod pa awr y deuaf atat.
3:3 Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.

3:4 Eithr y mae gennyt ychydig enwau, ie, yn Sardis, y rhai ni halogasant eu dillad; a hwy a rodiant gyda mi mewn dillad gwynion: oblegid teilwng ydynt.
3:4 Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy.

3:5 Yr hwn sydd yn gorchfygu, hwnnw a wisgir mewn dillad gwynion; ac ni ddileaf ei enw ef allan o lyfr y bywyd, ond mi a gyffesaf ei enw ef gerbron fy Nhad, a cherbron ei angylion ef.
3:5 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

3:6 Yr hwn sydd ganddo glust, gwrandawed beth y mae’r Ysbryd yn ei ddywedyd wrth yr eglwysi.
3:6 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

3:7 Ac at angel yr eglwys sydd yn Philadelffia, ysgrifenna; Y pethau hyn y mae y Sanctaidd, y Cywir, yn eu dywedyd, yr hwn sydd ganddo agoriad Dafydd, yr hwn sydd yn agoryd, ac nid yw neb yn cau; ac yn cau, ac nid yw neb yn agoryd,
3:7 And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;

3:8 Mi a adwaen dy weithredoedd: wele, rhoddais ger dy fron ddrws agored, ac ni ddichon neb ei gau: canys y mae gennyt ychydig nerth, a thi a gedwaist fy ngair, ac ni wedaist fy enw.
3:8 I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.

3:9 Wele, mi a wnaf iddynt hwy o synagog Satan, y rhai sydd yn dywedyd eu bod yn Iddewon, ac nid ydynt, ond dywedyd celwydd y maent; wele, meddaf, gwnaf iddynt ddyfod ac addoli o flaen dy draed, a gwybod fy mod i yn dy garu di.
3:9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.

3:10 O achos cadw ohonot air fy amynedd i, minnau a’th gadwaf di oddi wrth awr y brofedigaeth, yr hon a ddaw ar yr holl fyd, i brofi’r rhai sydd yn trigo ar y ddaear.
3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

3:11 Wele, yr wyf yn dyfod ar frys: dal yr hyn sydd gennyt, fel na ddygo neb dy goron di.
3:11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

3:12 Yr hwn sydd yn gorchfygu, mi a’i gwnaf ef yn golofn yn nhemi fy Nuw i, ac allan nid a efe mwyach: ac mi a ysgrifennaf arno ef enw fy Nuw i, ac enw dinas fy Nuw i, yr hon ydyw Jerwsalem newydd, yr hon sydd yn disgyn o’r nef oddi wrth fy Nuw i: ac mi a ysgrifennaf arno ef fy enw newydd i.
3:12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.

3:13 Yr hwn sydd ganddo glust, gwrandawed beth y mae’r Ysbryd yn ei ddywedyd wrth yr eglwysi.
3:13 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

3:14 Ac at angel eglwys y Laodiceaid, ysgrifenna; Y pethau hyn y mae Amen yn eu dywedyd, y Tyst ffyddlon a chywir, dechreuad creadigaeth Duw;
3:14
And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;

3:15 Mi a adwaen dy weithredoedd di, nad ydwyt nac oer na brwd: mi a fynnwn pe bait oer neu frwd.
3:15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.

3:16 Felly, am dy fod yn glaear, ac nid yn oer nac yn frwd, mi a’th chwydaf di allan o’m genau:
3:16
So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

3:17 Oblegid dy fod yn dywedyd, Goludog wyf, ac mi a gyfoethogais, ac nid oes arnaf eisiau dim; ac ni wyddost dy fod yn druan, ac yn resynol, ac yn diawd, ac yn ddall, ac yn noeth.
3:17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

3:18 Yr wyf yn dy gynghori i brynu gennyf fi aur wedi ei buro trwy dân, fel y’th gyfoethoger; a dillad gwynion, fel y’th wisger, ac fel nad ymddangoso gwarth dy noethder di; ira hefyd dy lygaid ag eli llygaid, fel y gwelech.
3:18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

3:19 Yr wyf fi yn argyhoeddi, ac yn ceryddu’r sawl yr wyf yn eu caru: am hynny bydded gennyt sêl, ac edifarha.
3:19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.

3:20 Wele, yr wyf yn sefyll wrth y drws, ac yn curo; os clyw neb fy llais i, ac agoryd y drws, mi a ddeuaf i mewn ato ef, ac a swperaf gydag ef, ac yntau gyda minnau.
3:20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

3:21 Yr hwn sydd yn gorchfygu, rhoddaf iddo ef eistedd gyda mi ar fy ngorseddfainc, megis y gorchfygais innau, ac yr eisteddais gyda’m Tad ar ei orseddfainc ef.
3:21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.

3:22 Yr hwn sydd ganddo glust, gwrandawed beth y mae’r Ysbryd yn ei ddywedyd wrth yr eglwysi.
3:22 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

PENNOD 4

4:1 Ar ôl y pethau hyn yr edrychais; ac wele ddrws wedi ei agoryd yn y nef:a’r llais cyntaf a glywais oedd fel llais utgorn yn ymddiddan â mi, gan ddywedyd, Dring i fyny yma, a mi a ddangosaf i ti’r pethau sydd raid eu bod ar ôl hyn.
4:1 After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will show thee things which must be hereafter.

4:2 Ac yn y man yr oeddwn yn yr ysbryd: ac wele, yr oedd gorseddfainc wedi ei gosod yn y nef, ac un yn eistedd ar yr orseddfainc.
4:2 And immediately I was in the spirit; and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.

4:3 A’r hwn oedd yn eistedd oedd yn debyg yr olwg arno i faen iasbis a sardin; ac yr oedd enfys o amgylch yr orseddfainc, yn debyg yr olwg arno i smaragdus.
4:3 And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.

4:4 Ac ynghylch yr orseddfainc yr oedd pedair gorseddfainc ar hugain: ac ar y gorseddfeinciau y gwelais bedwar henuriad ar hugain yn eistedd, wedi eu gwisgo mewn dillad gwynion; ac yr oedd ganddynt ar eu pennau goronau aur.
4:4 And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.

4:5 Ac yr oedd yn dyfod allan o’r orseddfainc fellt, a tharanau, a lleisiau: ac yr i oedd saith o lampau tân yn llosgi gerbron yr orseddfainc, y rhai yw saith Ysbryd Duw.
4:5 And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.

4:6 Ac o flaen yr orseddfainc yr ydoedd môr o wydr, yn debyg i grisial: ac yng nghanol yr orseddfainc, ac ynghylch yr orseddfainc, yr oedd pedwar anifail yn llawn o lygaid o’r tu blaen ac o’r tu ôl.
4:6 And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind.

4:7 A’r anifail cyntaf oedd debyg i lew, a’r ail anifail yn debyg i lo, a’r trydydd anifail oedd ganddo wyneb fel dyn, a’r pedwerydd anifail oedd debyg i eryr yn ehedeg.
4:7 And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.

4:8 A’r pedwar anifail oedd ganddynt, bob un ohonynt, chwech o adenydd o’uhamgylch; ac yr oeddynt oddi fewn yn llawn llygaid: ac nid oeddynt yn gorffwys ddydd a nos, gan ddywedyd, Sanct, Sanct, Sanct, Arglwydd Dduw Hollalluog, yr hwn oedd, a’r hwn sydd, a’r hwn sydd i ddyfod.
4:8 And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.

4:9 A phan fyddo’r anifeiliaid yn rhoddi gogoniant, ac anrhydedd, a diolch, i’r hwn oedd yn eistedd ar yr orseddfainc, yr hwn sydd yn byw yn oes oesoedd,
4:9 And when those beasts give glory and honour and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever,

4:10 Y mae’r pedwar henuriad ar hugain yn syrthio gerbron yr hwn oedd yn eistedd ar yr orseddfainc, ac yn addoli’r hwn sydd yn byw yn oes oesoedd, ac yn bwrw eu coronau gerbron yr orseddfainc, gan ddywedyd,
4:10 The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying,

4:11 Teilwng wyt, O Arglwydd, i dderbyn gogoniant, ac anrhydedd, a gallu:, canys ti a greaist bob peth, ac oherwydd dy ewyllys di y maent, ac y crewyd hwynt.
4:11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

PENNOD 5

5:1 Ac mi a welais yn neheulaw’r hwn oedd yn eistedd ar yr orseddfainc, lyfr wedi ei ysgrifennu oddi fewn ac oddi allan wedi ei selio â saith sêl.
5:1 And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.

5:2 Ac mi a welais angel cryf yn cyhoeddi â llef uchel, Pwy sydd deilwng i agoryd y llyfr, ac i ddatod ei seliau ef?
5:2 And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?

5:3 Ac nid oedd neb yn y nef, nac yn y ddaear, na than y ddaear, yn gallu agoryd y llyfr, nac edrych arno.
5:3 And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.

5:4 Ac mi a wylais lawer, o achos na chaed neb yn deilwng i agoryd ac i ddarllen y llyfr, nac i edrych arno.
5:4 And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.

5:5 Ac un o’r henuriaid a ddywedodd wrthyf, Nac wyla: wele, y Llew yr hwn sydd o lwyth Jwda, Gwreiddyn Dafydd, a orchfygodd i agoryd y llyfr, ac i ddatod ei saith sêl ef.
5:5 And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.

5:6 Ac mi a edrychais; ac wele, yng nghanol yr orseddfainc a’r pedwar anifail, ac yng nghanol yr henuriaid, yr oedd. Oen yn sefyll megis wedi ei ladd, a chanddo saith gorn, a saith lygad, y rhai ydyw saith Ysbryd Duw, wedi eu danfon allan i’r holl ddaear.
5:6 And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.

5:7 Ac efe a ddaeth, ac a gymerth y llyfr o ddeheulaw’r hwn oedd yn eistedd ar yr orseddfainc.
5:7 And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.

5:8 A phan gymerth efe’r llyfr, y pedwar anifail a’r pedwar henuriad ar hugain a syrthiasant gerbron yr Oen; a chan bob un ohonynt yr oedd telynau, a ffiolau aur yn llawn o arogl-darth, y rhai ydyw gweddïau’r saint.
5:8 And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.

5:9 A hwy a ganasant ganiad newydd, gan ddywedyd, Teilwng wyt ti i gymryd y llyfr, ac i agoryd ei seliau ef: oblegid ti a laddwyd, ac a’n prynaist ni i Dduw trwy dy waed, allan o bob llwyth, ac iaith, a phobl, a chenedl;
5:9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;

5:10 Ac a’n gwnaethost ni i’n Duw ni, yn frenhinoedd, ac yn offeiriaid: ac ni a deyrnaswn ar y ddaear.
5:10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

5:11 Ac mi a edrychais, ac a glywais lais angylion lawer ynghylch yr orseddfainc, a’r anifeiliaid, a’r henuriaid: a’u rhifedi hwynt oedd fyrddiynau o fyrddiynau, a miloedd o filoedd;
5:11 And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;

5:12 Yn dywedyd â llef uchel, Teilwng yw’r Oen, yr hwn a laddwyd, i dderbyn gallu, a chyfoeth, a doethineb, a chadernid, ac anrhydedd, a gogoniant, a bendith.
5:12 Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.

5:13 A phob creadur a’r sydd yn y nef, ac ar y ddaear, a than y ddaear, a’r pethau sydd yn y môr, ac oll a’r sydd ynddynt, a glywais i yn dywedyd, I’r hwn sydd yn eistedd ar yr orseddfainc, ac i’r Oen, y byddo’r fendith, a’r anrhydedd, a’r gogoniant, a’r gallu, yn oes oesoedd.
5:13 And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.

5:14 A’r pedwar anifail a ddywedasant, Amen. A’r pedwar henuriad ar hugain a syrthiasant i lawr, ac a addolasant yr hwn sydd yn byw yn oes oesoedd.
5:14 And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever.

PENNOD 6

6:1 Ac mi a welais pan agorodd yr Oen un o’r seliau, ac mi a glywais un o’r pedwar anifail yn dywedyd, fel trwst taran.
Tyred, a gwêl.
6:1 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.

6:2 Ac mi a welais; ac wele farch gwyn: a’r hwn oedd yn eistedd arno, a bwa ganddo; a rhoddwyd iddo goron: ac efe a aeth allan yn gorchfygu, ac i orchfygu.
6:2 And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.

6:3 A phan agorodd efe yr ail sêl, mi a glywais yr ail anifail yn dywedyd. Tyred, a gwêl.
6:3 And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see.

6:4 Ac fe aeth allan farch arall, un coch: a’r hwn oedd yn eistedd arno, y rhoddwyd iddo gymryd heddwch oddi ar y ddaear, fel y lladdent ei gilydd: a rhoddwyd iddo ef gleddyf mawr.
6:4 And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.

6:5 A phan agorodd efe y drydedd sêl, mi a glywais y trydydd anifail yn dywedyd, Tyred, a gwêl. Ac mi a welais, ac wele farch du: a’r hwn oedd yn eistedd arno, a chlorian ganddo yn ei law.
6:5 And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand.

6:6 Ac mi a glywais lais yng nghanol y pedwar anifail, yn dywedyd, Mesur o wenith er ceiniog, a thri mesur o haidd er ceiniog; a’r olew a’r gwin, na wna niwed iddynt.
6:6 And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.

6:7 A phan agorodd efe y bedwaredd sêl, mi a glywais lais y pedwerydd anifail yn dywedyd. Tyred, a gwêl.
6:7 And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.

6:8 Ac mi a edrychais: ac wele farch gwelw-las: ac enw’r hwn oedd yn eistedd arno oedd Marwolaeth; ac yr oedd Uffern yn canlyn gydag ef. A rhoddwyd iddynt awdurdod ar y bedwaredd ran o’r ddaear, i ladd a chleddyf, ac a newyn, ac a marwolaeth, ac a bwystfilod y ddaear.
6:8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

6:9 A phan agorodd efe y burned sêl, mi a welais dan yr allor eneidiau’r rhai a laddesid am air Duw, ac am y dystiolaeth oedd ganddynt.
6:9 And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:

6:10 A hwy a lefasant â llef uchel, gan ddywedyd. Pa hyd, Arglwydd, sanctaidd a chywir, nad ydwyt yn barnu ac yn dial ein gwaed ni ar y rhai sydd yn trigo ar y ddaear?
6:10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?

6:11 A gynau gwynion a roed i bob un ohonynt; a dywedwyd wrthynt, ar iddynt orffwys eto ychydig amser, hyd oni chyflawnid rhif eu cyd-weision a’u brodyr, y rhai oedd i gael eu lladd, megis ag y cawsent hwythau.
6:11 And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.

6:12 Ac mi a edrychais pan agorodd efe y chweched sêl; ac wele, bu daeargryn mawr; a’r haul a aeth yn ddu fel sachlen flew, a’r lleuad a aeth fel gwaed;
6:12 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;

6:13 A ser y nef a syrthiasant ar y ddaear, fel y mae’r ffigysbren yn bwrw ei ffigys gleision, pan ei hysgydwer gan wynt mawr.
6:13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.

6:14 A’r nef a aeth heibio fel llyfr wedi ei blygu ynghyd; a phob mynydd ac ynys a symudwyd allan o’u lleoedd.
6:14 And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

6:15 A brenhinoedd y ddaear, a’r gwyr mawr, a’r cyfoethogion, a’r pen-capteiniaid, a’r gwyr cedyrn, a phob gŵr caeth, a phob gŵr rhydd, a ymguddiasant yn yr ogofeydd, ac yng nghreigiau’r mynyddoedd;
6:15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;

6:16 Ac a ddywedasant wrth y mynyddoedd a’r creigiau, Syrthiwch arnom ni, a chuddiwch ni o ŵydd yr hwn sydd yn eistedd ar yr orseddfainc, ac oddi wrth lid yr Oen:
6:16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:

6:17 Canys daeth dydd mawr ei ddicter ef; a phwy a ddichon sefyll?
6:17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

PENNOD 7

7:1 And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.

7:2 Ac mi a welais angel arall yn dyfod i fyny oddi wrth godiad haul, a sêl y Duw byw ganddo. Ac efe a lefodd â llef uchel ar y pedwar angel, i’r rhai y rhoddasid gallu i ddrygu’r ddaear a’r môr,
7:2 And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,

7:3 Gan ddywedyd, Na ddrygwch y ddaear, na’r môr, na’r prennau, nes darfod i ni selio gwasanaethwyr ein Duw ni yn eu talcennau.
7:3 Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.

7:4 Ac mi a glywais nifer y rhai a seliwyd: yr oedd wedi eu selio gant a phedair a deugain o filoedd o holl lwythau meibion Israel.
7:4 And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.

7:5 O lwyth Jwda yr oedd deuddeng mil wedi eu selio. O lwyth Reuben yr oedd deuddeng mil wedi eu selio. O lwyth Gad yr oedd deuddeng mil wedi eu selio.
7:5 Of the tribe of Juda were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Reuben were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve thousand.

7:6 O lwyth Aser yr oedd deuddeng mil wedi eu selio. O lwyth Neffthali yr oedd deuddeng mil wedi eu selio. O lwyth Manasses yr oedd deuddeng mil wedi eu selio.
7:6 Of the tribe of Aser were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Nephthalim were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Manasses were sealed twelve thousand.

7:7 O lwyth Simeon yr oedd deuddeng mil wedi eu selio. O lwyth Lefi yr oedd deuddeng mil wedi eu selio. O lwyth Issachar yr oedd deuddeng mil wedi eu selio.
7:7 Of the tribe of Simeon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Levi were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Issachar were sealed twelve thousand.

7:8 O lwyth Sabulon yr oedd deuddeng mil wedi eu selio. O lwyth Joseff yr oedd deuddeng mil wedi eu selio. O lwyth Benjamin yr oedd deuddeng mil wedi eu selio.
7:8 Of the tribe of Zabulon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Joseph were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Benjamin were sealed twelve thousand.

7:9 Wedi hyn mi a edrychais; ac wele dyrfa fawr, yr hon ni allai neb ei rhifo, o bob cenedl, a llwythau, a phobloedd, ac ieithoedd, yn sefyll gerbron yr orseddfainc, a cherbron yr Oen, wedi eu gwisgo mewn gynau gwynion, a phalmwydd yn eu dwylo;
7:9 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;

7:10 Ac yn llefain â llef uchel, gan ddywedyd, iachawdwriaeth i’n Duw ni, yr hwn sydd yn eistedd ar yr orseddfainc, ac i’r Oen.
7:10 And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.

7:11 A’r holl angylion a safasant o amgylch yr orseddfainc, a’r henuriaid, a’r pedwar anifail, ac a syrthiasant gerbron yr orseddfainc ar eu hwynebau, ac a addolasant Dduw,
7:11 And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God,

7:12 Gan ddywedyd, Amen: Y fendith, a’r gogoniant, a’r doethineb, a’r diolch, a’r anrhydedd, a’r gallu, a’r nerth, a fyddo i’n Duw ni yn oes oesoedd. Amen.
7:12 Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.

7:13 Ac un o’r henuriaid a atebodd, gan ddywedyd wrthyf, Pwy ydyw’r rhai hyn sydd wedi eu gwisgo mewn gynau gwynion? ac o ba le y daethant?
7:13 And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they?

7:14 Ac mi a ddywedais wrtho ef, Arglwydd, ti a wyddost. Ac efe a ddywedodd wrthyf, Y rhai hyn yw’r rhai a ddaethant allan o’r cystudd mawr, ac a olchasant eu gynau, ac a’u canasant hwy yng ngwaed yr Oen.
7:14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

7:15 Oherwydd hynny y maent gerbron gorseddfainc Duw, ac yn ei wasanaethu ef ddydd a nos yn ei deml: a’r hwn sydd yn eistedd ar yr orseddfainc a drig yn eu plith hwynt.
7:15 Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them.

7:16 Ni fydd arnynt na newyn mwyach, na syched mwyach; ac ni ddisgyn arnynt na’r haul, na dim gwres.
7:16 They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat.

7:17 Oblegid yr Oen, yr hwn sydd yng nghanol yr orseddfainc, a’u bugeilia hwynt, ac a’u harwain hwynt at ffynhonnau bywiol o ddyfroedd: a Duw a sych ymaith bob deigr oddi wrth eu llygaid hwynt.
7:17 For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.

PENNOD 8

8:1 A phan agorodd efe y seithfed sêl, yr ydoedd gosteg yn y nef megis dros hanner awr.

8:1 And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour.

8:2 Ac mi a welais y saith angel y rhai oedd yn sefyll gerbron Duw: a rhoddwyd iddynt saith o utgyrn.
8:2 And I saw the seven angels which stood before God; and to them were given seven trumpets.

8:3 Ac angel arall a ddaeth, ac a safodd gerbron yr allor, a thuser aur ganddo: a rhoddwyd iddo arogl-darth lawer, fel yr offrymai ef gyda gweddïau’r holl saint ar yr allor aur, yr hon oedd gerbron yr orseddfainc.
8:3 And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne.

8:4 Ac fe aeth mwg yr arogl-darth gyda gweddïau’r saint, o law yr angel i fyny gerbron Duw.
8:4 And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel's hand.

8:5 A’r angel a gymerth y thuser, ac a’i llanwodd hi o dan yr allor, ac a’i bwriodd i’r ddaear: a bu lleisiau, a tharanau, a mellt, a daeargryn.
8:5 And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake.

8:6 A’r saith angel, y rhai oedd a’r saith utgorn ganddynt, a ymbaratoesant i utganu.
8:6 And the seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound.

8:7 A’r angel cyntaf a utganodd; a bu cenllysg a than wedi eu cymysgu â gwaed, a hwy a fwriwyd i’r ddaear: a thraean y prennau a losgwyd, a’r holl laswellt a losgwyd.
8:7 The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.

8:8 A’r ail angel a utganodd; a megis mynydd mawr yn llosgi gan dân a fwriwyd i’r môr: a thraean y môr a aeth yn waed;
8:8 And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood;

8:9 A bu farw traean y creaduriaid y rhai oedd yn y môr, ac a byw ynddynt; a thraean y llongau a ddinistriwyd.
8:9 And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.

8:10 A’r trydydd angel a utganodd; a syrthiodd o’r nef seren fawr yn llosgi fel lamp, a hi a syrthiodd ar draean yr afonydd, ac ar ffynhonnau’r dyfroedd;
8:10 And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters;

8:11 Ac enw’r seren a elwir Wermod: ac aeth traean y dyfroedd yn wermod; a llawer o ddynion a fuant feirw gan y dyfroedd, oblegid eu myned yn chwerwon.
8:11 And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.

8:12 And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise.

8:13 Ac mi a edrychais, ac a glywais angel yn ehedeg yng nghanol y nef, gan ddywedyd â llef uchel, Gwae, gwae, gwae, i’r rhai sydd yn trigo ar y ddaear, rhag lleisiau eraill utgorn y tri angel, y rhai sydd eto i utganu!
8:13 And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!

PENNOD 9

9:1 A’r pumed angel a utganodd; ac mi a welais seren yn syrthio o’r nef i’r ddaear: a rhoddwyd iddo ef agoriad y pydew heb waelod.

9:1 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.

9:2 Ac efe a agorodd y pydew heb waelod; a chododd mwg o’r pydew, fel mwg ffwrn fawr: a thywyllwyd yr haul a’r awyr gan fwg y pydew.
9:2 And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.

9:3 Ac o’r mwg y daeth allan locustiaid ar y ddaear; a rhoddwyd awdurdod iddynt, fel y mae gan ysgorpionau’r ddaear awdurdod.
9:3 And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.

9:4 A dywedwyd wrthynt, na wnaent niwed i laswellt y ddaear, nac i ddim gwyrddlas, nac i un pren; ond yn unig i’r dynion oedd heb sêl Duw yn eu talcennau.
9:4 And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.

9:5 A rhoddwyd iddynt na laddent hwynt, ond bod iddynt eu blino hwy bum mis: ac y byddai eu gofid hwy fel gofid oddi wrth ysgorpion, pan ddarfyddai iddi frathu dyn.
9:5 And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.

9:6 Ac yn y dyddiau hynny y cais dynion farwolaeth, ac nis cânt; ac a chwenychant farw, a marwolaeth a gilia oddi wrthynt.
9:6 And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.

9:7 A dull y locustiaid oedd debyg i feirch wedi eu paratoi i ryfel; ac yr oedd ar eu pennau megis coronau yn debyg i aur, a’u hwynebau fel wynebau dynion.
9:7 And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men.

9:8 A gwallt oedd ganddynt fel gwallt gwragedd, a’u dannedd oedd fel dannedd llewod.
9:8 And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions.

9:9 Ac yr oedd ganddynt lurigau fel llurigau haearn; a llais eu hadenydd oedd fel llais cerbydau llawer o feirch yn rhedeg i ryfel.
9:9 And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle.

9:10 Ac yr oedd ganddynt gynffonnau tebyg i ysgorpionau, ac yr oedd colynnau yn eu cynffonnau hwy: a’u gallu oedd i ddrygu dynion bum mis.
9:10 And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months.

9:11 Ac yr oedd ganddynt frenin arnynt, sef angel y pydew diwaelod: a’i enw ef yn Hebraeg ydyw Abadon, ac yn Roeg y mae iddo enw Apolyon.
9:11 And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.

9:12 Un wae a aeth heibio; wele, y mae yn dyfod eto ddwy wae ar ôl hyn.
9:12 One woe is past; and, behold, there come two woes more hereafter.

9:13 A’r chweched angel a utganodd; ac mi a glywais lef allan o bedwar corn yr allor aur, yr hon sydd gerbron Duw,
9:13 And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God,

9:14 Yn dywedyd wrth y chweched angel, yr hwn oedd â’r utgorn ganddo, Gollwng yn rhydd y pedwar angel sydd yn rhwym yn yr afon fawr Ewffrates.
9:14 Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.

9:15 A gollyngwyd y pedwar angel, y rhai oedd wedi eu paratoi erbyn awr, a diwrnod, a mis, a blwyddyn, fel y lladdent y traean o’r dynion.
9:15 And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.

9:16 A rhifedi’r llu o wŷr meirch oedd ddwy fyrddiwn o fyrddiynau: ac mi a glywais eu rhifedi hwynt.
9:16 And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.

9:17 Ac fel hyn y gwelais i’r meirch yn y weledigaeth, a’r rhai oedd yn eistedd arnynt, a chanddynt lurigau tanllyd, ac o liw hyacinth a brwmstan: a phennau’r meirch oedd fel pennau llewod; ac yr oedd yn myned allan o’u safnau, dân, a mwg, a brwmstan.
9:17 And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone.

9:18 Gan y tri hyn y llas traean y dynion, gan y tân, a chan y mwg, a chan y brwmstan, oedd yn dyfod allan o’u safnau hwynt.
9:18 By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths.

9:19 Canys eu gallu hwy sydd yn eu safn, ac yn eu cynffonnau: canys y cynffonnau oedd debyg i seirff, a phennau ganddynt; ac â’r rhai hynny y maent yn drygu.
9:19 For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt.

9:20 A’r dynion eraill, y rhai ni laddwyd gan y plâu hyn, nid edifarhasant oddi wrth weithredoedd eu dwylo eu hun, fel nad addolent gythreuliaid, a delwau aur, ac arian, a phres, a main, a phrennau, y rhai ni allant na gweled, na chlywed, na rhodio:
9:20 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:

9:21 Ac nid edifarhasant oddi wrth eu llofruddiaeth, nac oddi wrth eu cyfareddion, nac oddi wrth eu godineb, nac oddi wrth eu lladrad.
9:21 Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.

PENNOD 10

10:1 Ac mi a welais angel cryf arall yn disgyn o’r nef, wedi ei wisgo â chwmwl: ac enfys oedd ar ei ben, a’i wyneb ydoedd fel yr haul, a’i draed fel colofnau o dân:

10:1 And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:

10:2 Ac yr oedd ganddo yn ei law lyfr bychan wedi ei agoryd. Ac efe a osododd ei droed deau ar y môr, a’i aswy ar y tir,
10:2 And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth,

10:3 Ac a lefodd â llef uchel, fel y rhua llew: ac wedi iddo lefain, y saith daran a lefarasant eu llefau hwythau.
10:3 And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices.

10:4 Ac wedi darfod i’r saith daran lefaru eu llefau, yr oeddwn ar fedr ysgrifennu: ac mi a glywais lef o’r nef yn dywedyd wrthyf, Selia’r pethau a lefarodd y saith daran, ac nac ysgrifenna hwynt.
10:4 And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not.

10:5 A’r angel yr hwn a welais yn sefyll ar y môr, ac ar y tir, a gododd ei law i’r nef,
10:5 And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven,

10:6 Ac a dyngodd i’r hwn sydd yn byw yn oes oesoedd, yr hwn a greodd y nef a’r pethau sydd ynddi, a’r ddaear a’r pethau sydd ynddi, a’r môr a’r pethau sydd ynddo, na byddai amser mwyach:
10:6 And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer:

10:7 Ond yn nyddiau llef y seithfed angel, pan ddechreuo efe utganu, gorffennir dirgelwch Duw, fel y mynegodd efe i’w wasanaethwyr y proffwydi.
10:7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.

10:8 A’r llef a glywais o’r nef, a lefarodd drachefn wrthyf, ac a ddywedodd, Dos, cymer y llyfr bychan sydd wedi ei agoryd yn llaw’r angel yr hwn sydd yn sefyll ar y môr, ac ar y tir.
10:8 And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth.

10:9 Ac mi a euthum at yr angel, gan ddywedyd wrtho, Moes i mi’r llyfr bychan. Ac efe a ddywedodd wrthyf, Cymer, a bwyta ef yn llwyr: ac efe a chwerwa dy fol di, eithr yn dy enau y bydd yn felys fel mêl.
10:9 And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.

10:10 Ac mi a gymerais y llyfr bychan o law’r angel, ac a’i bwyteais ef; ac yr oedd efe yn fy ngenau megis mêl yn felys: ac wedi imi ei fwyta ef, fy mol a aeth yn chwerw.
10:10 And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.

10:11 Ac efe a ddywedodd wrthyf, Rhaid i ti drachefn broffwydo i bobloedd, a chenhedloedd, ac ieithoedd, a brenhinoedd lawer.
10:11 And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.

PENNOD 11

11:1 A rhoddwyd imi gorsen debyg i wialen. A’r angel a safodd, gan ddywedyd, Cyfod, a mesura deml Dduw, a’r allor, a’r rhai sydd yn addoli ynddi.

11:1 And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.

11:2 Ond y cyntedd sydd o’r tu allan i’r deml, bwrw allan, ac na fesura ef; oblegid efe a roddwyd i’r Cenhedloedd: a’r ddinas sanctaidd a fathrant hwy ddeufis a deugain.
11:2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.

11:3 Ac mi a roddaf allu i’m dau dyst, a hwy a broffwydant fil a deucant a thri ugain o ddyddiau wedi ymwisgo a sachliain.
11:3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.

11:4 Y rhai hyn yw'r ddwy olewydden, a'r ddau ganhwyllbren sydd yn sefyll gerbron Duw'r ddaear.
11:4 These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.

11:5 Ac os ewyllysia neb wneuthur niwed iddynt, y mae tân yn myned allan o'u genau hwy, ac yn difetha eu gelynion: ac os ewyllysia neb eu drygu hwynt, fel hyn y mae'n rhaid ei ladd ef.
11:5 And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.

11:6 Y mae gan y rhai hyn awdurdod i gau'r nef, fel na lawio hi yn nyddiau eu proffwydoliaeth hwynt: ac awdurdod sydd ganddynt ar y dyfroedd, i'w troi hwynt yn waed, ac i daro'r ddaear â phob pla, cyn fynyched ag y mynnont.
11:6 These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.

11:7 A phan ddarfyddo iddynt orffen eu tystiolaeth, y bwystfil, yr hwn sydd yn dyfod allan o'r pwll diwaelod, a ryfela â hwynt, ac a'u gorchfyga hwynt, ac a'u lladd hwynt.
11:7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.

11:8 A'u cyrff hwynt a orwedd ar heolydd y ddinas fawr, yr hon yn ysbrydol a elwir Sodom a'r Aifft; lle hefyd y croeshoeliwyd ein Harglwydd ni.
11:8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.

11:9 A'r rhai o'r bobloedd, a'r llwythau, a'r ieithoedd, a'r cenhedloedd, a welant eu cyrff hwynt dridiau a hanner, ac ni oddefant roi eu cyrff hwy mewn beddau.
11:9 And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves.

11:10 A'r rhai sydd yn trigo ar y ddaear a lawenychant o'u plegid, ac a ymhyfrydant, ac a anfonant roddion i'w gilydd; oblegid y ddau broffwyd hyn oedd yn poeni'r rhai oedd yn trigo ar y ddaear.
11:10 And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.

11:11 Ac ar ôl tridiau a hanner, Ysbryd bywyd oddi wrth Dduw a aeth i mewn iddynt hwy, a hwy a safasant ar eu traed; ac ofn mawr a syrthiodd ar y rhai a'u gwelodd hwynt.
11:11 And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them.

11:12 A hwy a glywsant lefuchel o'r nef yn dywedyd wrthynt, Deuwch i fyny yma. A hwy a aethant i fyny i'r nef mewn cwmwl; a'u gelynion a edrychasant arnynt.
11:12 And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.

11:13 Ac yn yr awr honno y bu daeargryn mawr, a degfed ran y ddinas a syrthiodd; a lladdwyd yn y ddaeargryn saith mil o wŷr: a'r lleill a ddychrynasant, ac a roddasant ogoniant i Dduw y nef.
11:13 And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.

11:14 Yr ail wae a aeth heibio; wele, y mae'r drydedd wae yn dyfod ar frys.
11:14 The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly.

11:15 A'r seithfed angel a utganodd; a bu llefau uchel yn y nef, yn dywedyd, Aeth teyrnasoedd y byd yn eiddo ein Harglwydd ni, a'i Grist ef, ac efe a deyrnasa yn oes oesoedd.
11:15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

11:16 A'r pedwar henuriad ar hugain, y rhai oedd gerbron Duw yn eistedd ar eu gorseddfeinciau, a syrthiasant ar eu hwynebau, ac a addolasant Dduw,
11:16 And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God,

11:17 Gan ddywedyd, Yr ydym yn diolch i ti, 0O Arglwydd Dduw Hollalluog, yr hwn wyt, a'r hwn oeddit, a'r hwn wyt yn dyfod, oblegid ti a gymeraist dy allu mawr, ac a deyrnesaist.
11:17 Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.

11:18 A'r cenhedloedd a ddigiasant; a daeth dy ddig di, a'r amser i farnu'r meirw, ac i roi gwobr i'th wasanaethwyr y proffwydi, ac i'r saint, ac i'r rhai sydd yn ofni dy enw, fychain a mawrion; ac i ddifetha'r rhai sydd yn difetha'r ddaear.
11:18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

19 Ac agorwyd teml Dduw yn y nef, a gwelwyd arch ei gyfamod ef yn ei deml ef: a bu mellt, a llefau, a tharanau, a daeargryn, a chenllysg mawr.
11:19 And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.

PENNOD 12

12:1 Arhyfeddod mawr a welwyd yn y nef, gwraig wedi ei gwisgo â'r haul, a'r lleuad dan ei thraed, ac ar ei phen goron o ddeuddeg seren:

12:1 And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:

12:2 A hi'n feichiog, a lefodd, gan fod mewn gwewyr, a gofid i esgor.
12:2 And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.

12:3 A gwelwyd rhyfeddod arall yn y nef; ac wele ddraig goch fawr, a saith ben iddi, a deg corn; ac ar ei phennau saith goron.
12:3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.

12:4 A'i chynffon hi a dynnodd draean ser y nef, ac a'u bwriodd hwynt i'r ddaear. A'r ddraig a safodd gerbron y wraig yr hon ydoedd yn barod i esgor, i ddifa ei phlentyn hi pan esgorai hi arno.
12:4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.

12:5 A hi a esgorodd ar fab gwryw, yr hwn oedd i fugeilio'r holl genhedloedd â gwialen haearn: a'i phlentyn hi a gymerwyd i fyny at Dduw, ac at ei orseddfainc ef.
12:5 And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.

12:6 A'r wraig a ffodd i'r diffeithwch, lle mae ganddi le wedi ei baratoi gan Dduw, fel y porthent hi yno fil a deucant a thri ugain o ddyddiau.
12:6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.

12:7 A bu rhyfel yn y nef: Michael a'i angylion a ryfelasant yn erbyn y ddraig, a'r ddraig a ryfelodd a'i hangylion hithau,
12:7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,

12:8 Ac ni orfuant; a'u lle hwynt nis cafwyd mwyach yn y nef.
12:8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.

12:9 A bwriwyd allan y ddraig fawr, yr hen sarff, yr hon a elwir Diafol a Satan, yr hwn sydd yn twyllo'r holl fyd: efe a fwriwyd allan i'r ddaear, a'i angylion a fwriwyd allan gydag ef.
12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

12:10 Ac mi a glywais lef uchel yn dywedyd yn y nef, Yr awron y daeth iachawdwriaeth, a nerth, a theyrnas ein Duw ni, a gallu ei Grist ef: canys cyhuddwr ein brodyr ni a fwriwyd i'r llawr, yr hwn oedd yn eu cyhuddo hwy gerbron ein Duw ni ddydd a nos.
12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

12:11 A hwy a'i gorchfygasant ef trwy waed yr Oen, a thrwy air eu tystiolaeth hwynt; ac ni charasant eu heinioes hyd angau.
12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

12:12 Oherwydd hyn llawenhewch, y nefoedd, a'r rhai ydych yn trigo ynddynt. Gwae'r rhai sydd yn trigo ar y ddaear, a'r môr! canys y diafol a ddisgynnodd atoch chwi, a chanddo lid mawr, oherwydd ei fod yn gwybod nad oes iddo ond ychydig amser.
12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

12:13 A phan welodd y ddraig ei bwrw i'r ddaear, hi a erlidiodd y wraig a esgorasai ar y mab.
12:13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.

12:14 A rhoddwyd i'r wraig ddwy o adenydd eryr mawr, fel yr ehedai hi i'r diffeithwch, i'w lle ei hun; lle yr ydys yn ei maethu hi yno dros amser, ac amseroedd, a hanner amser, oddi wrth wyneb y sarff.
12:14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.

12:15 A'r sarff a fwriodd allan o'i safn, ar ôl y wraig, ddwfr megis afon, fel y gwnai ei dwyn hi ymaith gyda'r afon.
12:15 And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.

12:16 A'r ddaear a gynorthwyodd y wraig; a'r ddaear a agorodd ei genau, ac a lyncodd yr afon, yr hon a fwriodd y ddraig allan o'i safn.
12:16 And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.

12:17 A llidiodd y ddraig wrth y wraig, ac a aeth i wneuthur rhyfel â'r lleill o'i had hi, y rhai sydd yn cadw gorchmynion Duw, ac sydd a thystiolaeth Iesu Grist ganddynt.
12:17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

PENNOD 13

13:1 Ac mi a sefais ar dywod y môr; ac a a welais fwystfil yn codi o'r môr, a chanddo saith ben, a deg corn; ac ar ei gyrn ddeg coron, ac ar ei bennau enw cabledd.

13:1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

13:2 A'r bwystfil a welais i oedd debyg i lewpard, a'i draed fel traed arth, a'i safn fel safn llew: a'r ddraig a roddodd iddo ef ei gallu, a'i gorseddfainc, ac awdurdod mawr.
13:2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.

13:3 Ac mi a welais un o'i bennau ef megis wedi ei ladd yn farw; a'i friw marwol ef a iachawyd: a'r holl ddaear a ryfeddodd ar ôl y bwystfil.
13:3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

13:4 A hwy a addolasant y ddraig, yr hon a roes allu i'r bwystfil: ac a addolasant y bwystfil, gan ddywedyd, Pwy sydd debyg i'r bwystfil? pwy a ddichon ryfela ag ef?
13:4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?

13:5 A rhoddwyd iddo ef enau yn llefaru pethau mawrion, a chabledd; a rhoddwyd iddo awdurdod i weithio ddau fis a deugain.
13:5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.

13:6 Ac efe a agorodd ei enau mewn cabledd yn erbyn Duw, i gablu ei enw ef, a'i dabernacl, a'r rhai sydd yn trigo yn y nef.
13:6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.

13:7 A rhoddwyd iddo wneuthur rhyfel â'r saint, a'u gorchfygu hwynt: a rhoddwyd iddo awdurdod ar bob llwyth ac iaith, a chenedl.
13:7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

13:8 A holl drigolion y ddaear a'i haddolant ef, y rhai nid yw eu henwau yn ysgrifenedig yn llyfr bywyd yr Oen yr hwn a laddwyd er dechreuad y byd.
13:8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

13:9 Od oes gan neb glust, gwrandawed.
13:9 If any man have an ear, let him hear.

13:10 Os yw neb yn tywys i gaethiwed, efe a â i gaethiwed: os yw neb yn lladd â chleddyf, rhaid yw ei ladd yntau â chleddyf. Dyma amynedd a ffydd y saint.
13:10 He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.

13:11 Ac mi a welais fwystfil arall yn codi o'r ddaear; ac yr oedd ganddo ddau gorn tebyg i oen, a llefaru yr oedd fel draig.
13:11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.

13:l2 A holl allu'r bwystfil cyntaf y mae efe yn ei wneuthur ger ei fron ef, ac yn peri i'r ddaear ac i'r rhai sydd yn trigo ynddi addoli'r bwystfil cyntaf, yr hwn yr iachawyd ei glwyf marwol.
13:12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.

13:13 Ac y mae efe yn gwneuthur rhyfeddodau mawrion, hyd onid yw yn peri i dân ddisgyn o'r nef i'r ddaear, yng ngolwg dynion;
13:13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,

13:14 Ac y mae efe yn twyllo'r rhai sydd yn trigo ar y ddaear, trwy'r rhyfeddodau y rhai a roddwyd iddo ef eu gwneuthur gerbron y bwystfil; gan ddywedyd wrth drigolion y ddaear, am iddynt wneuthur delw i'r bwystfil yr hwn a gafodd friw gan gleddyf, ac a fu fyw.
13:14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.

13:15 A chaniatawyd iddo ef roddi anadl i ddelw'r bwystfil, fel y llefarai delw'r bwystfil hefyd, ac y parai gael o'r sawl nid addolent ddelw'r bwystfil, eu lladd.
13:15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

13:16 Ac y mae yn peri i bawb, fychain a mawrion, cyfoethogion a thlodion, rhyddion a chaethion, dderbyn nod ar eu llaw ddeau, neu ar eu talcennau:
13:16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

13:17 Ac na allai neb na phrynu na gwerthu, ond yr hwn a fyddai ganddo nod, neu enw'r bwystfil, neu rifedi ei enw ef.
13:17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

13:18 Yma y mae doethineb. Yr hwn sydd ganddo ddeall, bwried rifedi'r bwystfil: canys rhifedi dyn ydyw: a'i rifedi ef yw, Chwe chant a thrigain a chwech.
13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

PENNOD 14

14:1 Ac mi a edrychais, ac wele Oen yn sefyll ar fynydd Seion, a chydag ef bedair mil a saith ugeinmil, a chanddynt enw ei Dad ef yn ysgrifenedig yn eu talcennau.

14:1 And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads.

14:2 Ac mi a glywais lef o'r nef, fel llef dyfroedd lawer, ac fel llef taran fawr: ac mi a glywais lef telynorion yn canu ar eu telynau:
14:2 And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps:

14:3 A hwy a ganasant megis caniad newydd gerbron yr orseddfainc, a cherbron y pedwar anifail, a'r henuriaid: ac ni allodd neb ddysgu'r gân, ond y pedair mil a'r saith ugeinmil, y rhai a brynwyd oddi ar y ddaear.
14:3 And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.

14:4 Y rhai hyn yw'r rhai ni halogwyd a gwragedd; canys gwyryfon ydynt. Y rhai hyn yw'r rhai sydd yn dilyn yr Oen pa le bynnag yr elo. Y rhai hyn a brynwyd oddi wrth ddynion, yn flaenffrwyth Dduw ac i'r Oen.
14:4 These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.

14:5 Ac yn eu genau ni chaed twyll: canys difai ydynt gerbron gorseddfainc Duw.
14:5 And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.

14:6 Ac mi a welais angel arall yn ehedeg yng nghanol y nef, a'r efengyl dragwyddol ganddo, i efengylu i'r rhai sydd yn trigo ar y ddaear, ac i bob cenedl, a llwyth, ac iaith, a phobl:
14:6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,

14:7 Gan ddywedyd â llef uchel, Ofnwch Dduw, a rhoddwch iddo ogoniant; oblegid daeth awr ei farn ef: ac addolwch yr hwn a wnaeth y nef, a'r ddaear, a'r môr, a'r ffynhonnau dyfroedd.
14:7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

14:8 Ac angel arall a ddilynodd, gan ddywedyd, Syrthiodd, syrthiodd Babilon, y ddinas fawr honno, oblegid hi a ddiododd yr holl genhedloedd â gwin llid ei godineb.
14:8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.

14:9 A'r trydydd angel a'u dilynodd hwynt, gan ddywedyd â llef uchel, Os addola neb y bwystfil a'i ddelw ef, a derbyn ei nod ef yn ei dalcen, neu yn ei law,
14:9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,

14:10 Hwnnw hefyd a yf o win digofaint Duw, yr hwn yn ddigymysg a dywalltwyd yn ffiol ei lid ef, ac efe a boenir mewn tân a brwmstan yng ngolwg yr angylion sanctaidd, ac yng ngolwg yr Oen:
14:10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:

14:11 A mwg eu poenedigaeth hwy sydd yn myned i fyny yn oes oesoedd: ac nid ydynt hwy yn cael gorffwystra ddydd na nos, y rhai sydd yn addoli'r bwystfil a'i ddelw ef, ac os yw neb yn derbyn nod ei enw ef.
14:11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

14:12 Yma y mae amynedd y saint: yma y mae'r rhai sydd yn cadw gorchmynion Duw, a ffydd lesu.
14:12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

14:13 Ac mi a glywais lef o'r nef, yn dywedyd wrthyf, Ysgrifenna, Gwyn eu byd y meirw y rhai sydd yn marw yn yr Arglwydd, o hyn allan, medd yr Ysbryd, fel y gorffwysont oddi wrth eu llafur; a'u gweithredoedd sydd yn eu canlyn hwynt.
14:13 And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.

14:14 Ac mi a edrychais ac wele gwmwl gwyn, ac ar y cwmwl un yn eistedd tebyg i Fab y dyn, a chanddo ar ei ben goron o aur, ac yn ei law gryman llym.
14:14 And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.

14:15 Ac angel arall a ddaeth allan o'r deml, gan lefain â llef uchel wrth yr hwn oedd yn eistedd ar y cwmwl, Bwrw dy gryman i mewn, a meda: canys daeth yr amser i ti i fedi, oblegid aeddfedodd cynhaeaf y ddaear.
14:15 And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe.

14:16 A'r hwn oedd yn eistedd ar y cwmwl a fwriodd ei gryman ar y ddaear, a'r ddaear a fedwyd.
14:16 And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped.

14:17 Ac angel arall a ddaeth allan o'r deml sydd yn y nef, a chanddo yntau hefyd gryman llym.
14:17 And another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle.

14:18 Ac angel arall a ddaeth allan oddi wrth yr allor, yr hwn oedd â gallu ganddo ar y tân; ac a lefodd a bloedd uchel ar yr hwn oedd â'r cryman llym ganddo, gan ddywedyd, Bwrw i mewn dy gryman llym, a chasgl ganghennau gwinwydden y ddaear: oblegid aeddfedodd ei grawn hi.
14:18 And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe.

14:19 A'r angel a fwriodd ei gryman ar y ddaear, ac a gasglodd winwydden y ddaear, ac a'i bwriodd i gerwyn fawr digofaint Duw.
14:19 And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God.

14:20 A'r gerwyn a sathrwyd o'r tu allan i'r ddinas; a gwaed a ddaeth allan o'r gerwyn, hyd at ffrwynau'r meirch, ar hyd mil a chwe chant o ystadau.
14:20 And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs.

PENNOD 15

15:1 Ac mi a welais arwydd arall yn y nef, mawr, a rhyfeddol; saith angel a chanddynt y saith bla diwethaf: oblegid ynddynt hwy y cyflawnwyd llid Duw.

15:1 And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God.

15:2 Ac mi a welais megis môr o wydr wedi ei gymysgu â thân; a'r rhai oedd yn cael y maes ar y bwystfil, ac ar ei ddelw ef, ac ar ei nod ef, ac ar rifedi ei enw ef, yn sefyll ar y môr gwydr, a thelynau Duw ganddynt.
15:2 And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.

15:3 A chanu y maent gan Moses gwasanaethwr Duw, a chan yr Oen; gan ddywedyd, Mawr a rhyfedd yw dy weithredoedd, O Arglwydd Dduw Hollalluog; cyfiawn a chywir yw dy ffyrdd di, Brenin y saint.
15:3 And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints.

15:4 Pwy ni'th ofna di,O Arglwydd, ac ni ogonedda dy enw? oblegid tydi yn unig wyt sanctaidd: oblegid yr holl genhedloedd a ddeuant ac a addolant ger dy fron di; oblegid dy famau di a eglurwyd.
15:4 Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest.

15:5 Ac ar ôl hyn mi a edrychais, ac wele, yr ydoedd teml pabell y dystiolaeth yn y nef yn agored:
15:5 And after that I looked, and, behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened:

15:6 A daeth y saith angel, y rhai yr oedd y saith bla ganddynt, allan o'r deml, wedi eu gwisgo mewn lliain pur a disglair, a gwregysu eu dwyfronnau a gwregysau aur.
15:6 And the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed in pure and white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles.

15:7 Ac un o'r pedwar anifail a roddodd i'r saith angel saith ffiol aur, yn llawn o ddigofaint Duw, yr hwn sydd yn byw yn oes oesoedd.
15:7 And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever.

15:8 A llanwyd y deml o fwg oddi wrth ogoniant Duw, ac oddi wrth ei nerth ef: ac ni allai neb fyned i mewn i'r deml, nes darfod cyflawni saith bla'r saith angel.
15:8 And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.

PENNOD 16

16:1 Ac mi a glywais lef uchel allan o'r deml, yn dywedyd wrth y saith angel, Ewch ymaith, a thywelltwch ffiolau digofaint Duw ar y ddaear.

16:1 And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.

16:2 A'r cyntaf a aeth, ac a dywalltodd ei ffiol ar y ddaear; a bu cornwyd drwg a blin ar y dynion oedd â nod y bwystfil arnynt, a'r rhai a addolasent ei ddelw ef.
16:2 And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.

16:3 A'r ail angel a dywalltodd ei ffiol ar y môr; ac efe a aeth fel gwaed dyn marw: a phob enaid byw a fu farw yn y môr.
16:3 And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man; and every living soul died in the sea.

16:4 A'r trydydd angel a dywalltodd ei ffiol ar yr afonydd ac ar y ffynhonnau dyfroedd; a hwy a aethant yn waed.
16:4 And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood.

16:5 Ac mi a glywais angel y dyfroedd yn dywedyd, Cyfiawn, O Arglwydd, ydwyt ti, yr hwn wyt, a'r hwn oeddit, a'r hwn a fyddi; oblegid barnu ohonot y pethau hyn.
16:5 And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus.

16:6 Oblegid gwaed saint a phroffwydi a dywalltasant hwy, a gwaed a roddaist iddynt i'w yfed; canys y maent yn ei haeddu.
16:6 For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.

16:7 Ac mi a glywais un arall allan o'r allor yn dywedyd, Ie, Arglwydd Dduw Hollalluog, cywir a chyfiawn yw dy farnau di.
16:7 And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.

16:8 A'r pedwerydd angel a dywalltodd ei ffiol ar yr haul; a gallu a roed iddo i boethi dynion â thân.
16:8 And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.

16:9 A phoethwyd y dynion â gwres mawr; a hwy a gablasant enw Duw, yr hwn sydd ag awdurdod ganddo ar y plâu hyn: ac nid edifarhasant, i roi gogoniant iddo ef.
16:9 And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.

16:10 A'r pumed angel a dywalltodd ei ffiol ar orseddfainc y bwystfil; a'i deyrnas ef a aeth yn dywyll: a hwy a gnoesant eu tafodau gan ofid,
16:10 And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain,

16:11 Ac a gablasant Dduw'r nef, oherwydd eu poenau, ac oherwydd eu cornwydydd; ac nid edifarhasant oddi wrth eu gweithredoedd.
16:11 And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.

16:12 A'r chweched angel a dywalltodd ei ffiol ar yr afon fawr Ewffrates; a sychodd ei dwfr hi, fel y paratoid ffbordd brenhinoedd y dwyrain.
16:12 And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.

16:13 Ac mi a welais dri ysbryd aflan tebyg i lyffaint yn dyfod allan o safn y ddraig, ac allan o safn y bwystfil, ac allan o enau'r gau broffwyd.
16:13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.

16:14 Canys ysbrydion cythreuliaid, yn gwneuthur gwyrthiau, ydynt, y rhai sydd yn myned allan at frenhinoedd y ddaear, a'r holl fyd, i'w casglu hwy i ryfel y dydd hwnnw, dydd mawr Duw Hollalluog.
16:14 For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.

16:15 Wele, yr wyf fi yn dyfod fel lleidr. Gwyn ei fyd yr hwn sydd yn gwylio, ac yn cadw ei ddillad, fel na rodio yn noeth, ac iddynt weled ei anharddwch ef.
16:15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.

16:16 Ac efe a'u casglodd hwynt ynghyd i le a elwir yn Hebraeg, Armagedon.
16:16 And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.

16:17 A'r seithfed angel a dywalltodd ei ffiol i'r awyr, a daeth llef uchel allan o deml y nef, oddi wrth yr orseddfainc, yn dywedyd, Darfu.
16:17 And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done.

16:18 Ac yr oedd lleisiau a tharanau, a mellt; ac yr oedd daeargryn mawr, y fath ni bu er pan yw dynion ar y ddaear cymaint daeargryn, ac mor fawr.
16:18 And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great.

16:19 A gwnaethpwyd y ddinas fawr yn dair rhan, a dinasoedd y cenhedloedd a syrthiasant: a Babilon fawr a ddaeth mewn cof gerbron Duw, i roddi iddi gwpan gwin digofaint ei lid ef.
16:19 And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.

16:20 A phob ynys a ffodd ymaith, ac ni chafwyd y mynyddoedd.
16:20 And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.

16:21 A chenllysg mawr, fel talentau, a syrthiasant o'r nef ar ddynion: a dynion a gablasant Dduw am bla'r cenllysg; oblegid mawr iawn ydoedd eu pla hwynt.
16:21 And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.

PENNOD 17

17:1 A daeth un o'r saith angel oedd â'r saith ffiol ganddynt, ac a ymddiddanodd â mi, gan ddywedyd wrthyf, Tyred, mi a ddangosaf i ti farnedigaeth y butain fawr sydd yn eistedd ar ddyfroedd lawer;

17:1 And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will show unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:

17:2 Gyda'r hon y puteiniodd brenhinoedd y ddaear, ac y meddwyd y rhai sydd yn trigo ar y ddaear gan win ei phuteindra hi.
17:2 With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.

17:3 Ac efe a'm dygodd i i'r diffeithwch yn yr ysbryd: ac mi a welais wraig yn eistedd ar fwystfil o liw ysgariad, yn llawn o enwau cabledd, a saith ben iddo, a deg corn.
17:3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.

17:4 A'r wraig oedd wedi ei dilladu â phorffor ac ysgariad, ac wedi ei gwychu ag aur, ac a main gwerthfawr, a pherlau, a chanddi gwpan aur yn ei llaw, yn llawn o ffieidd-dra ac aflendid ei phuteindra.
17:4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:

17:5 Ac ar ei thalcen yr oedd enw wedi ei ysgrifennu, DIRGELWCH, BABILON FAWR, MAM PUTEINIAID A FFIEIDD-DRA'R DDAEAR.
17:5 And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

17:6 Ac mi a welais y wraig yn feddw gan waed y saint, a chan waed merthyron Iesu: a phan ei gwelais, mi a ryfeddais â rhyfeddod mawr.
17:6 And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.

17:7 A'r angel a ddywedodd wrthyf, Paham y rhyfeddaist? myfi a ddywedaf i ti ddirgelwch y wraig a'r bwystfil sydd yn ei dwyn hi, yr hwn sydd â'r saith ben ganddo, a'r deg corn.
17:7 And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.

17:8 Y bwystfil a welaist, a fu, ac nid yw; a bydd iddo ddyfod i fyny o'r pydew heb waelod, a myned i ddistryw: a rhyfeddu a wna'r rhai sydd yn trigo ar y ddaear, y rhai nid ysgrifennwyd eu henwau yn llyfr y bywyd er seiliad y byd, pan welont y bwystfil, yr hwn a fu, ac nid yw, er ei fod.
17:8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.

17:9 Dyma'r meddwl sydd â doethineb ganddo. Y saith ben, saith fynydd ydynt, lle mae'r wraig yn eistedd arnynt.
17:9 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.

17:10 Ac y mae saith frenin: pump a gwympasant, ac un sydd, a'r llall ni ddaeth eto; a phan ddâl, rhaid iddo aros ychydig.
17:10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.

17:11 A'r bwystfil, yr hwn oedd, ac nid ydyw, yntau yw'r wythfed, ac o'r saith y mae, ac i ddistryw y mae'n myned.
17:11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.

17:12 A'r deg corn a welaist, deg brenin ydynt, y rhai ni dderbyniasant frenhiniaeth eto, eithr awdurdod fel brenhinoedd, un awr, y maent yn ei dderbyn gyda'r bwystfil.
17:12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.

17:13 Yr un meddwl sydd i'r rhai hyn, a hwy a roddant eu nerth a'u hawdurdod i'r bwystfil.
17:13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.

17:14 Y rhai hyn a ryfelant â'r Oen, a'r Oen a'u gorchfyga hwynt: oblegid Arglwydd arglwyddi ydyw, a Brenin brenhinoedd; a'r rhai sydd gydag ef, sydd alwedig, ac etholedig, a ffyddlon.
17:14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.

17:15 Ac efe a ddywedodd wrthyf, Y dyfroedd a welaist, lle mae'r butain yn eistedd, pobloedd a thorfeydd ydynt, a chenhedloedd ac ieithoedd.
17:15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.

17:l6 A'r deg corn a welaist ar y bwystfil, y rhai hyn a gasânt y butain, ac a'i gwnânt hi yn unig ac yn noeth, a'i chnawd hi a fwytânt hwy, ac a'i llosgant hi â thân.
17:16 And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.

17:17 Canys Duw a roddodd yn eu calonnau hwynt wneuthur ei, ewyllys ef, a gwneuthur yr un ewyllys, a rhoddi eu teyrnas i'r bwystfil, hyd oni chyflawner geiriau Duw.
17:17 For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.

17:18 A'r wraig a welaist, yw'r ddinas fawr, sydd yn teyrnasu ar frenhinoedd y ddaear.
17:18 And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.

PENNOD 18

18:1 Ac ar ôl y pethau hyn mi a welais angel arall yn dyfod i waered o'r nef, ac awdurdod mawr ganddo, a'r ddaear a oleuwyd gan ei ogoniant ef.
18:1 And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.

18:2 Ac efe a lefodd yn groch â llef uchel, gan ddywedyd, Syrthiodd, syrthiodd Babilon fawr honno, ac aeth yn drigfa cythreuliaid, ac yn gadwraeth pob ysbryd aflan, ac yn gadwraeth pob aderyn aflan ac atgas.
18:2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

18:3 Oblegid yr holl genhedloedd a yfasant o win digofaint ei godineb hi, a brenhinoedd y ddaear a buteiniasant gyda hi, a marchnatawyr y ddaear a gyfoethogwyd gan amlder ei moethau hi.
18:3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.

18:4 Ac mi a glywais lef arall o'r nef yn dywedyd, Deuwch allan ohoni hi, fy mhobl i, fel na byddoch gyd-gyfranogion o'i phechodau hi, ac na dderbynioch o'i phlâu hi.
18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

18:5 Oblegid ei phechodau hi a gyraeddasant hyd y nef, a Duw a gofiodd ei hanwireddau hi.
18:5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.

18:6 Telwch iddi fel y talodd hithau i chwi, a dyblwch iddi'r dau cymaint yn ôl ei gweithredoedd: yn y cwpan a lanwodd hi, llenwch iddi yn ddauddyblyg.
18:6 Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double.

18:7 Cymaint ag yr ymogoneddodd hi, ac y bu mewn moethau, y cymaint arall rhoddwch iddi o ofid a galar: oblegid y mae hi yn dywedyd yn ei chalon, Yr wyf yn eistedd yn frenhines, a gweddw nid ydwyf, a galar nis gwelaf ddim.
18:7 How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.

18:8 Am hynny yn un dydd y lliw ei phlâu hi, sef marwolaeth, a galar, a newyn, a hi a lwyr losgir â thân: oblegid cryf yw'r Arglwydd Dduw, yr hwn sydd yn ei barnu hi.
18:8 Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.

18:9 Ac wylo amdani, a galaru drosti, a wna brenhinoedd y ddaear, y rhai a buteiniasant ac a fuant fyw yn foethus gyda hi, pan welont fwg ei llosgiad hi,
18:9 And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning,

18:10 Gan sefyll o hirbell, gan ofn ei gofid hi, a dywedyd, Gwae, gwae, y ddinas fawr honno, Babilon, y ddinas gadarn! oblegid mewn un awr y daeth dy farn di.
18:10 Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.

18:11 A marchnatawyr y ddaear a wylant ac a alarant drosti, oblegid nid oes neb mwyach yn prynu eu marsiandiaeth hwynt:
18:11 And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more:

18:12 Marsiandiaeth o aur, ac arian, a meini gwerthfawr, a pherlau, a lliain main, a phorffor, a sidan, ac ysgariad, a phob coed thynon, a phob llestr o ifori, a phob llestr o goed gwerthfawr iawn, ac o bres, ac o haearn, ac o faen marmor,
18:12 The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble,

18:13 A sinamon, a pheraroglau, ac ennaint, a thus, a gwin, ac olew, a pheilliaid, a gwenith, ac ysgrubliaid, a defaid, a meirch, a cherbydau, a chaethweisioni ac eneidiau dynion.
18:13 And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.

18:14 A'r aeron a chwenychodd dy enaid a aethant ymaith oddi wrthyt, a phob peth danteithiol a gwych a aethant ymaith oddi wrthyt, ac ni chei hwynt ddim mwyach.
18:14 And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all.

18:15 Marchnatawyr y pethau hyn, y rhai a gyfoethogwyd ganddi, a safant o hirbell oddi wrthi, gan ofn ei gofid hi, gan wylo a galaru.
18:15 The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing,

18:16 A dywedyd, Gwae, gwae, y ddinas fawr honno, yr hon oedd wedi ei gwisgo â lliain main, a phorffor, ac ysgariad, ac wedi ei gwychu ag aur, a meini gwerthfawr, a pherlau!
18:16 And saying, Alas, alas, that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls!

18:17 Oblegid mewn un awr yr anrheithiwyd cymaint cyfoeth. A phob llonglywydd, a phob cwmpeini mewn llongau, a llongwyr, a chynifer ag y sydd â'u gwaith ar y môr, a safasant o hirbell,
18:17 For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off,

18:18 Ac a lefasant, pan welsant fwg ei llosgiad hi, gan ddywedyd. Pa ddinas debyg i'r ddinas fawr honno!
18:18 And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city!

18:19 A hwy a fwriasant lwch ar eu pennau, ac a lefasant, gan wylo a galaru, a dywedyd, Gwae, gwae, y ddinas fawr honno, yn yr hon y cyfoethogodd yr holl rai oedd ganddynt longau ar y môr, trwy ei chost hi! oblegid mewn un awr yr anrheithiwyd hi.
18:19 And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.

18:20 Llawenha o'i phlegid hi, y nef, a chwi, apostolion sanctaidd a phroffwydi; oblegid dialodd Duw arni drosoch chwi.
18:20 Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her.

18:21 Ac angel cadarn a gododd faen megis maen melin mawr, ac a'i bwriodd i'r môr, gan ddywedyd, Fel hyn gyda rhuthr y teflir Babilon, y ddinas fawr, ac ni cheir hi mwyach.
18:21 And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.

18:22 And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee;

18:23 A llewyrch cannwyll ni welir ynot mwyach; a llais priodasfab a phriodasferch ni chlywir ynot mwyach: oblegid dy farchnatawyr di oedd wŷr mawr y ddaear: oblegid trwy dy swyn-gyfaredd di y twyllwyd yr holl genhedloedd.
18:23 And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.

18:24 Ac ynddi y caed gwaed proffwydi a saint, a phawb a'r a laddwyd ar y ddaear.
18:24 And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.

PENNOD 19

19:1 Ac ar ôl y pethau hyn mi a glywais megis llef uchel gan dyrfa fawr yn y nef, yn dywedyd, Aleliwia; Iachawdwriaeth, a gogoniant, ac anrhydedd, a gallu, i'r Arglwydd ein Duw ni:

19:1 And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God:

19:2 Oblegid cywir a chyfiawn yw ei farnau ef: oblegid efe a farnodd y butain fawr, yr hon a lygrodd y ddaear â'i phuteindra, ac a ddialodd waed ei weision ar ei llaw hi.
19:2 For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.

19:3 Ac eilwaith y dywedasant, Aleliwia. A'i mwg hi a gododd yn oes oesoedd.
19:3 And again they said, Alleluia. And her smoke rose up for ever and ever.

19:4 A syrthiodd y pedwar henuriad ar hugain a'r pedwar anifail i lawr, ac a addolasant Dduw, yr hwn oedd yn eistedd ar yr orseddfainc; gan ddywedyd. Amen; Aleliwia.
19:4 And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia.

19:5 A llef a ddaeth allan o'r orseddfainc, yn dywedyd, Moliennwch ein Duw ni, ei holl weision ef, a'r rhai ydych yn ei ofni ef, bychain a mawrion hefyd.
19:5 And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great.

19:6 Ac mi a glywais megis llef tyrfa fawr, ac megis llef dyfroedd lawer, ac megis llef taranau cryfion, yn dywedyd, Aleliwia: oblegid teyrnasodd yr Arglwydd Dduw Hollalluog.
19:6 And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.

19:7 Llawenychwn, a gorfoleddwn, a rhoddwn ogoniant iddo ef: oblegid daeth priodas yr Oen, a'i wraig ef a'i paratodd ei hun.
19:7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.

19:8 A chaniatawyd iddi gael ei gwisgo â lliain main glân a disglair: canys y lliain main ydyw cyfiawnder y saint.
19:8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

19:9 Ac efe a ddywedodd wrthyf, Ysgrifenna, Bendigedig yw'r rhai a elwir swper neithior yr Oen. Ac efe a ddywed odd wrthyf, Gwir eiriau Duw yw'r rhai hyn.
19:9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.

19:10 Ac mi a syrthiais wrth ei draed ef, i'w addoli ef. Ac efe a ddywedodd wrthyf, Gwêl na wnelych hyn: cyd-was ydwyf i ti, ac i'th frodyr y rhai sydd ganddynt dystiolaeth Iesu. Addola Dduw: canys tystiolaeth Iesu ydyw ysbryd y broffwydoliaeth.
19:10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

19:11 Ac mi a welais y nef yn agored, ac wele farch gwyn; a'r hwn oeddyn eistedd arno a elwid Ffyddlon a Chywir, ac mewn cyfiawnder y mae efe yn barnu ac yn rhyfela.
19:11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

19:12 A'i lygaid oedd fel fflam dân, ac ar ei ben yr oedd coronau lawer: ac yr oedd ganddo enw yn ysgrifenedig, yr hwn ni wyddai neb ond efe ei hun:
19:12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.

19:13 Ac yr oedd wedi ei wisgo â gwisg wedi ei throchi mewn gwaed: a gelwir ei enw ef, Gair Duw.
19:13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

19:14 A'r lluoedd oedd yn y nef a'i canlynasant ef ar feirch gwynion, wedi eu gwisgo â lliain main, gwyn, a glân.
19:14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

19:15 Ac allan o'i enau ef yr oedd yn dyfod gleddyf llym, i daro'r cenhedloedd ag ef: ac efe a'u bugeilia hwynt â gwialen haearn: ac efe sydd yn sathru cerwyn win digofaint a llid Duw Hollalluog.
19:15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

19:16 Ac y mae ganddo ar ei wisg, ac ar ei forddwyd, enw wedi ei ysgrifennu, BRENIN BRENHINOEDD, AC ARGLWYDD ARGLWYDDI.
19:16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.

19:17 Ac mi a welais angel yn sefyll yn yr haul; ac efe a lefodd â llef uchel, gan ddywedyd wrth yr holl adar oedd yn ehedeg trwy ganol y nef, Deuwch ac ymgesglwch ynghyd i swper y Duw mawr;
19:17 And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God;

19:18 Fel y bwytaoch gig brenhinoedd, a chig pen-capteiniaid, a chig y cedyrn, a chig meirch, a'r rhai sydd yn eistedd arnynt, a chig holl ryddion a chaethion, a bychain a mawrion.
19:18 That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.

19:19 Ac mi a welais y bwystfil, a brenhinoedd y ddaear, a'u lluoedd, wedi ymgynnull ynghyd i wneuthur rhyfel yn erbyn yr hwn oedd yn eistedd ar y march, ac yn erbyn ei lu ef.
19:19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.

19:20 A daliwyd y bwystfil, a chydag ef y gau broffwyd, yr hwn a wnaeth wyrthiau ger ei fron ef, trwy y rhai y twyllodd efe y rhai a dderbyniasent nod y bwystfil, a'r rhai a addolasent ei ddelw ef. Yn fyw y bwriwyd hwy ill dau i'r llyn tân yn llosgi â brwmstan.
19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

19:21 A'r lleill a laddwyd â chleddyf yr hwn oedd yn eistedd ar y march, yr hwn oedd yn dyfod allan o'i enau ef: a'r holl adar a gawsant eu gwala o'u cig hwynt.
19:21 And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.

PENNOD 20

20:1 Ac mi a welais angel yn disgyn o'r nef, a chanddo agoriad y pydew diwaelod, a chadwyn fawr yn ei law.

20:1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.

20:2 Ac efe a ddaliodd y ddraig, yr hen sarff, yr hon yw Diafol a Satan, ac a'i rhwymodd ef dros fil o flynyddoedd,
20:2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,

20:3 Ac a'i bwriodd ef i'r pydew diwaelod, ac a gaeodd arno, ac a seliodd arno ef, fel na thwyllai efe'r cenhedloedd mwyach, nes cyflawni'r mil o flynyddoedd: ac ar ôl hynny rhaid yw ei ollwng ef yn rhydd dros ychydig amser.
20:3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.

20:4 Ac mi a welais orseddfeinciau, a hwy a eisteddasant amynt, a barn a roed iddynt hwy: ac mi a welais eneidiau'r rhai a dorrwyd eu pennau am dystiolaeth Iesu, ac am air Duw, a'r rhai nid addolasent y bwystfil na'i ddelw ef, ac ni dderbyniasent ei nod ef ar eu talcennau, neu ar eu dwylo; a hwy a fuant fyw ac a deyrnasasant gyda Christ fil o flynyddoedd.
20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

20:5 Eithr y lleill o'r meirw ni fuant fyw drachefn, nes cyflawni'r mil blynyddoedd. Dyma'r atgyfodiad cyntaf.
20:5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.

20:6 Gwynfydedig a sanctaidd yw'r hwn sydd â rhan iddo yn yr atgyfodiad cyntaf: y rhai hyn nid oes i'r ail farwolaeth awdurdod arnynt, eithr hwy a fyddant offeiriaid i Dduw ac i Grist, ac a deyrnasant gydag ef fil o flynyddoedd.
20:6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

20:7 A phan gyflawner y mil blynyddoedd, gollyngir Satan allan o'i garchar;
20:7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,

20:8 Ac efe a â allan i dwyllo'r cenhedloedd sydd ym mhedair congl y ddaear, Gog a Magog, i'w casglu hwy ynghyd i ryfel; rhif y rhai sydd fel tywod y môr.
20:8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.

20:9 A hwy a aethant i fyny ar led y ddaear, ac a amgylchasant wersyll y saint, a'r ddinas annwyl: a thân a ddaeth oddi wrth Dduw i waered o'r nef, ac a'u hysodd hwynt.
20:9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.

20:10 A diafol, yr hwn oedd yn eu twyllo hwynt, a fwriwyd i'r llyn o dân a brwmstan, lle y mae'r bwystfil a'r gau broffwyd; a hwy a boenir ddydd a nos, yn oes oesoedd.
20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

20:11 Ac mi a welais orseddfainc wen fawr, a'r hwn oedd yn eistedd arni, oddi wrth wyneb yr hwn y ffodd y ddaear a'r nef; a lle ni chafwyd iddynt.
20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.

20:12 Ac mi a welais y meirw, fychain a mawrion, yn sefyll gerbron Duw; a'r llyfrau a agorwyd: a llyfr arall a agorwyd, yr hwn yw llyfr y bywyd: a barnwyd y meirw wrth y pethau oedd wedi eu hysgrifennu yn y llyfrau, yn ôl eu gweithredoedd.
20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

20:13 A rhoddodd y môr i fyny y meirw oedd ynddo; a marwolaeth ac uffern a roddasant i fyny y meirw oedd ynddynt hwythau: a hwy a farnwyd bob un yn ôl eu gweithredoedd.
20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

20:14 A marwolaeth ac uffern a fwriwyd i'r llyn o dân. Hon yw'r ail farwolaeth.
20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

20:15 A phwy bynnag ni chafwyd wedi ei ysgrifennu yn llyfr y bywyd, bwriwyd ef i'r llyn o dân.
20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

PENNOD 21

21:1 Ac mi a welais nef newydd, a daear newydd: canys y nef gyntaf a'r ddaear gyntaf a aeth heibio; a'r môr nid oedd mwyach.

21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

21:2 A myfi Ioan a welais y ddinas sanctaidd, Jerwsalem newydd, yn dyfod oddi wrth Dduw i waered o'r nef, wedi ei pharatoi fel priodasferch wedi ei thrwsio i'w gŵr.
21:2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

21:3 Ac mi a glywais lef uchel allan o'r nef, yn dywedyd, Wele, y mae pabell Duw gyda dynion, ac efe a drig gyda hwynt, a hwy a fyddant bobl iddo ef, a Duw ei hun a fydd gyda hwynt, ac a fydd yn Dduw iddynt.
21:3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.

21:4 Ac fe sych Duw ymaith bob deigr oddi wrth eu llygaid hwynt, a marwolaeth ni bydd mwyach, na thristwch, na llefain, na phoen ni bydd mwyach: oblegid y pethau cyntaf a aeth heibio.
21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

21:5 A dywedodd yr hwn oedd yn eistedd ar yr orseddfainc, Wele, yr wyf yn gwneuthur pob peth yn newydd. Ac efe a ddywedodd wrthyf, Ysgrifenna: canys y mae'r geiriau hyn yn gywir ac yn ffyddlon.
21:5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

21:6 Ac efe a ddywedodd wrthyf, Darfu. Myfi yw Alffa ac Omega, y dechrau a'r diwedd. I'r hwn sydd sychedig y rhoddaf o ffynnon dwfr y bywyd yn rhad.
21:6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.

21:7 Yr hwn sydd yn gorchfygu, a etifedda bob peth: ac mi a fyddaf iddo ef yn Dduw, ac yntau a fydd i minnau yn fab.
21:7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.

21:8 Ond i'r rhai ofnog, a'r di-gred, a'r ffiaidd, a'r llofruddion, a'r puteinwyr, a'r swyn-gyfareddwyr, a'r eilun-addolwyr, a'r holl gelwyddwyr, y bydd eu rhan yn y llyn sydd yn llosgi â thân a brwmstan: yr hwn yw'r ail farwolaeth.
21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

21:9 A daeth ataf un o'r saith angel yr oedd y saith ffiol ganddynt yn llawn o'r saitn bla diwethaf, ac a ymddiddanodd â mi, gan ddywedyd. Tyred, mi a ddangosaf i ti'r briodasferch, gwraig yr Oen.
21:9 And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will show thee the bride, the Lamb's wife.

21:10 Ac efe a'm dug i ymaith yn yr ysbryd i fynydd mawr ac uchel, ac a ddangosodd i mi'r ddinas fawr, Jerwsalem sanctaidd, yn disgyn allan o'r nef oddi wrth Dduw,
21:10 And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,

21:11 A gogoniant Duw ganddi: a'i golau oedd debyg i faen o'r gwerthfawrocaf, megis maen iasbis, yn loyw fel grisial;
21:11 Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal;

21:12 Ac iddi fur mawr ac uchel, ac iddi ddeuddeg porth, ac wrth y pyrth ddeuddeg angel, ac enwau wedi eu hysgrifennu arnynt, y rhai yw enwau deuddeg llwyth plant Israel.
21:12 And had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:

21:13 O du'r dwyrain, tri phorth; o du'r gogledd, tri phorth; o du'r deau, tri phorth; o du'r gorllewin, tri phorth.
21:13 On the east three gates; on the north three gates; on the south three gates; and on the west three gates.

21:14 Ac yr oedd mur y ddinas a deuddeg sylfaen iddo, ac ynddynt enwau deuddeg apostol yr Oen.
21:14 And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.

21:15 A'r hwn oedd yn ymddiddan â mi, oedd â chorsen aur ganddo, i fesuro'r ddinas, a'i phyrth hi, a'i mur.
21:15 And he that talked with me had a golden reed to measure the city, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof.

21:16 A'r ddinas sydd wedi ei gosod yn bedeirongl, a'i hyd sydd gymaint â'i lled. Ac efe a fesurodd y ddinas a'r gorsen, yn ddeuddeng mil o ystadau. A'i hyd, a'i lled, a'i huchder, sydd yn ogymaint.
21:16 And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal.

21:17 Ac efe a fesurodd ei mur hi yn gant a phedwar cufydd a deugain, wrth fesur dyn, hynny yw, eiddo'r angel.
21:17 And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred and forty and four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of the angel.

21:18 Ac adeilad ei mur hi oedd o faen iasbis; a'r ddinas oedd aur pur, yn debyg i wydr gloyw.
21:18 And the building of the wall of it was of jasper: and the city was pure gold, like unto clear glass.

21:19 A seiliau mur y ddinas oedd wedi eu harddu a phob rhyw faen gwerthfawr. Y sail cyntaf oedd faen iasbis; yr ail, saffir; y trydydd, chalcedon; y pedwerydd, smaragdus;
21:19 And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald;

21:20 Y pumed, sardonycs; y chweched, sardius; y seithfed, chrysolithus; yr wythfed, beryl; y nawfed, topasion; y degfed, chrysoprasus; yr unfed ar ddeg, hyacinthus; y deuddegfed, amethystus.
21:20 The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolyte; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst.

21:21 A'r deuddeg porth, deuddeg perl oeddynt; a phob un o'r pyrth oedd o un perl: a heol y ddinas oedd aur pur, fel gwydr gloyw.
21:21 And the twelve gates were twelve pearls: every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass.

21:22 A theml ni welais ynddi: canys yr Arglwydd Dduw Hollalluog, a'r Oen, yw ei theml hi.
21:22 And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.

21:23 A'r ddinas nid rhaid iddi wrth yr haul, na'r lleuad, i oleuo ynddi: canys gogoniant Duw a'i goleuodd hi, a'i goleuni hi ydyw'r Oen.
21:23 And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.

21:24 A chenhedloedd y rhai cadwedig a rodiant yn ei goleuni hi: ac y mae brenhinoedd y ddaear yn dwyn eu gogoniant a'u hanrhydedd iddi hi.
21:24 And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.

21:25 A'i phyrth hi ni chaeir ddim y dydd: canys ni bydd nos yno.
21:25 And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.

21:26 A hwy a ddygant ogoniant ac anrhydedd y cenhedloedd iddi hi.
21:26 And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.

21:27 Ac nid â i mewn iddi ddim aflan, nac yn gwneuthur ffieidd-dra, na chelwydd: ond y rhai sydd wedi eu hysgrifennu yn llyfr bywyd yr Oen.
21:27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.

PENNOD 22

22:1 Ac efe a ddangosodd imi afon bur o ddwfr y bywyd, disglair fel grisial, yn dyfod allan o orseddfainc Duw a'r Oen.
22:1 And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.

22:2 Yng nghanol ei heol hi, ac o ddau tu'r afon, yr oedd pren y bywyd, yn dwyn deuddeg rhyw ffrwyth, bob mis yn rhoddi ei ffrwyth: a dail y pren oedd i
iachau'r cenhedloedd;

22:2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

22:3 A phob melltith ni bydd mwyach: ond gorseddfainc Duw a'r Oen a fydd ynddi hi; a'i weision ef a'i gwasanaethant ef,
22:3 And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:

22:4 A hwy a gânt weled ei wyneb ef; a'i enw ef a fydd yn eu talcennau hwynt.
22:4 And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.

22:5 Ac ni bydd nos yno: ac nid rhaid iddynt wrth gannwyll, na goleuni haul;
oblegid y mae'r Arglwydd Dduw yn goleuo iddynt: a hwy a deyrnasant yn oes oesoedd.

22:5 And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.

22:6 Ac efe a ddywedodd wrthyf fi, Y geiriau hyn sydd ffyddlon a chywir: ac Arglwydd Dduw'r proffwydi sanctaidd a ddanfonodd ei angel i ddangos i'w wasanaethwyr y pethau sydd raid iddynt fod ar frys.
22:6 And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to show unto his servants the things which must shortly be done.

22:7 Wele, yr wyf yn dyfod ar frys: gwyn ei fyd yr hwn sydd yn cadw geiriau proffwydoliaeth y llyfr hwn.
22:7 Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.

22:8 A myfi Ioan a welais y pethau hyn, ac a'u clywais. A phan ddarfu i mi glywed a gweled, mi a syrthiais i lawr i addoli gerbron traed yr angel oedd yn dangos i mi'r pethau hyn.
22:8 And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which showed me these things.

22:9 Ac efe a ddywedodd wrthyf fi, Gwêl na wnelych: canys cyd-was ydwyf i ti, ac i'th frodyr y proffwydi, ac i'r rhai sydd yn cadw geiriau'r llyfr hwn. Addola Dduw.
22:9 Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.

22:10 Ac efe a ddywedodd wrthyf fi, Na selia eiriau proffwydoliaeth y llyfr hwn: oblegid y mae'r amser yn agos.
22:10 And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand.

22:11 Yr hwn sydd anghyfiawn, bydded anghyfiawn eto: a'r hwn sydd frwnt, bydded frwnt eto; a'r hwn sydd gyfiawn, bydded gyfiawn eto; a'r hwn sydd sanctaidd, bydded sanctaidd eto.
22:11 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.

22:12 Ac wele, yr wyf yn dyfod ar frys, a'm gwobr sydd gyda mi, i roddi i bob un fel y byddo ei waith ef.
22:12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

22:13 Myfi yw Alffa ac Omega, y dechrau a'r diwedd, y cyntaf a'r diwethaf.
22:13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

22:14 Gwyn eu byd y rhai sydd yn gwneuthur ei orchmynion ef, fel y byddo iddynt fraint ym mhren y bywyd, ac y gallont fyned i mewn trwy'r pyrth i'r ddinas.
22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

22:15 Oddi allan y mae'r cŵn, a'r swyn-gyfareddwyr, a'r puteinwyr, a'r llofruddion, a'r eilun-addolwyr, a phob un a'r sydd yn caru ac yn gwneuthur celwydd.
22:15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

22:16 Myfi Iesu a ddanfonais fy angel i dystiolaethu i chwi'r pethau hyn yn yr eglwysi. Myfi yw Gwreiddyn a Hiliogaeth Dafydd, a'r Seren fore eglur.
22:16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.

22:17 Ac y mae'r Ysbryd a'r briodasferch yn dywedyd. Tyred. A'r hwn sydd yn clywed, dyweded. Tyred. A'r hwn sydd â syched arno, deued. A'r hwn sydd yn ewyllysio, cymered ddwfr y bywyd yn rhad.
22:17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

22:18 Canys yr wyf fi yn tystiolaethu i bob un sydd yn clywed geiriau proffwydoliaeth y llyfr hwn, Os rhydd neb ddim at y pethau hyn, Duw a rydd ato ef y plâu sydd wedi eu hysgrifennu yn y llyfr hwn:
22:18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:

22:19 Ac o thyn neb ymaith ddim oddi wrth eiriau llyfr y broffwydoliaeth hon, Duw a dynn ymaith ei ran ef allan o lyfr y bywyd, ac allan o'r ddinas sanctaidd, ac oddi wrth y pethau sydd wedi eu hysgrifennu yn y llyfr hwn.
22:19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

22:20 Yr hwn sydd yn tystiolaethu'r pethau hyn, sydd yn dywedyd, Yn wir, yr wyf yn dyfod ar frys. Amen. Yn wir, tyred, Arglwydd Iesu.
22:20 He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

22:21 Gras ein Harglwydd ni Iesu Grist fyddo gyda chwi oll. Amen.

22:21 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
